We offer a complimentary consultation.

Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, & Venmo.

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations, unless illness or emergency.​

Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.

Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation notices, and/or "no show" to appointments will result in a discontinuation of services.

We are contracted to provide electrology services with Kaiser Permanente for Gender Affirming Care - All copayments are required at time of service.

We provide "Super Bills" for other insurance companies for Gender Affirming Care. This means you pay for services upfront and seek reimbursement from the insurance company.

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.​

Some electrology treatments may require medical clearance from a medical doctor prior to treatment.
